We have no formal faith formation program for pre-school-aged children.
St. Luke offers Magnificat Moms, a moms' playgroup named in honor of our Blessed Mother’s “YES” to God and her example of motherhood. Our moms meet most Thursday mornings from 9:30am-11:30am, typically in the nursery.

Pre-K children (4+) are always welcome to participate in our Vacation Bible School every summer.
VBS Monumental is happening June 20th-24th, 2022 from about 8:30am-12pm. Children aged 4 through rising 5th grade are welcome to participate as campers, and youth who are rising sixth grade through graduated seniors are welcome to volunteer as assistants. For volunteer's with children ages 0-3, we will have a nursery available. Please use the links below to register as a camper or a youth/adult volunteer.

Faith Formation registration is open year-long to all who wish to participate. The Faith Formation fee is $70 per child.
This is a one-time registration and fee that encompasses Elementary Faith Formation, Sacraments, and Youth Minsitry.
Sacramental Prep is a two-year program for both First Reconciliation & First Holy Communion and Confirmation.
There are no additional Sacrament fees for any sacrament.
Registration for Sacraments is due by October 1st.

6th-8th graders are invited to come to Carpe Diem, our middle school youth group. We meet most Sunday afternoons, September to June, from 4pm-6pm. At weekly meetings, our focus is growing in our Catholic faith through talks, small groups, and prayer; we also include time for relational ministry by playing games and socializing with snacks. In addition to meetings, we provide service projects, socials, and lock-ins which help middle schoolers experience and live their faith.
9th-12th graders are invited to come to Vita Nova, our high school youth group. We meet most Sunday evenings, September to June, from 6:30pm-8:30pm. At weekly meetings, our focus is growing in our Catholic faith through talks, small groups, and prayer; we also include time for relational ministry by playing games and socializing with snacks. Additionally, we participate in service projects, weekend retreats, week-long mission trips, weekend Conferences, and lock-ins which help high schoolers experience and live their faith.
From June to August, rising 6th graders through graduated seniors are invited to join us Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm. We begin by reading and discussing the upcoming Sunday Mass readings, then spend the remainder of our night playing games. There are no fees associated with summer youth nights.
At St. Luke, we have many opportunities to build, grow, and form your faith as an adult. Every year we offer bible studies, theological studies, men’s and women’s study groups, and various thematic sessions throughout the year. Adults who wish to be enter the Catholic Church do so through the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA). The RCIA is a process of spiritual growth and learning about Catholicism. Through the RCIA, you are invited to enter into a relationship with God and the Church.
